The communication was not great. the hotel asked if i wanted to complete an online form or an in-person checkin. i replied i wanted an in-person checkin, then they sent me a link to the online form anyway. also, i requested a quiet room but received a room facing the plaza nueva. It proved lively and loud from early until late. i had earplugs, but the noise still went through.
